To successfully sell swimwear, it is vital to prepare well ahead of the summer season. Having your inventory ready at least two months in advance is crucial. This proactive approach not only ensures that you are well-stocked but also allows ample time for essential activities such as conducting phot shoots and launching your marketing campaigns. Proper planning will enable you to showcase your products effectively, ensuring that potential customers have the opportunity to browse and order before the summer rush begins. By setting up a robust ordering infrastructure ahead of time, you can handle the expected influx of orders smoothly. On April 1, our production schedule will enter a crucial phase as we focus on managing bulk products. For our stock fabrics, the bulk process commences on January 1, which mandates that all order handovers must be finalized by the end of December. This timeline ensures that all financial transactions are completed smoothly and that stocks are properly prepared for production. Concurrently, the bulk processing for imported fabrics kicks off on December 1, also requiring that order handover and payment are finalized by the end of November. Adhering to these deadlines is essential for facilitating a seamless transition from procurement to production, positioning us to effectively meet market demand. By following this structured timeline, we can streamline our operations and enhance our overall efficiency

To ensure your product is ready to market before the northern hemisphere summer, it is important to start the bulk ordering process well in advance. Starting with imported fabrics on May 1st and stock fabrics on June 1st, all orders should be submitted, and completed by the end of April and May respectively. Before placing bulk orders. For finished designs, it may take 1-2 months, while Custom Designs or a mix of round designs may take 2-3 months. This preparation time is essential to ensure timely execution and a successful product launch.

When considering our ready design samples, it's important to note that the sample price is three times the bulk price. For instance,

• if you're interested in our swim bikini top, the bulk price is $12, but the sample would cost you $36.

• Similarly, a swim one-piece is priced at $18 in bulk, whereas a sample will run you $54.

• the bulk price for our sport bra is $21, making the sample price $63.

• For the active leggings, expect to pay $26 for bulk and $78 for a sample.

• men's swim shorts are priced at $19 in bulk, with a sample costing $57.

CUSTOM DESIGN

When starting a custom design, it’s important to understand that complexity can significantly impact pricing. For example, intricate designs that require special fabric or hardware selections typically result in a higher sample fee compared to Ready Design options. Essentially, more complex designs mean higher sample fees. To start a custom design, we charge a $99 fee, which covers development, pattern making, and size range grading. Most importantly, 50% of this fee will be credited to your bulk order for each design developed. However, please note that any revisions to your design are not included in this initial fee. If you would like to see a physical sample, the associated fee is triple the bulk price, and we will produce two pieces—one for you to keep and one for reference.

For just $25 per print, we offer a unique opportunity to create fabric mockups and test prints tailored to your specific needs.

SHIPPING

When ordering samples, shipping costs can vary greatly, depending on the number of items and the destination. For smaller orders, you may pay around $15, while larger shipments can cost up to $100. It is important to consider the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the shipping method you choose, as these factors will also affect the final price. When considering design options, it is important to note that Ready-to-Use Designs are generally more economical than custom designs for sampling. This cost-effectiveness occurs because we have already completed the development work for the ready-to-use designs, saving you time and resources. The examples provided in the sheet include both 100% custom designs and 100% ready-to-use designs. However, you have the flexibility to mix and match elements from both categories. This flexibility allows you to creatively express your vision.
