How To Sample?
Sampling, or sample development, is a crucial phase in turning a design idea into a real product. In this process, we carefully craft the shape, fit, construction, and sewing methods to create a finished sample that meets your specifications. To ensure the highest quality, we operate a dedicated sampling room designed specifically for developing fit and ready-to-wear samples, separate from our production area. This focused environment allows for precision and attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of your sample aligns with your vision. At the end of this stage, you will have a clear representation of your concept, ready for review and approval.
We are pleased to offer flexibility with our sample orders, as there are no minimum order quantities (MOQs) required. Clients typically order between 2 to 15 samples, with the average order averaging around 4 to 8 samples. This allows you to choose what best fits your needs. Most of our clients prefer to order samples in the same size as their fitting model to maintain consistency; however, you're welcome to request a variety of sizes if you're interested in exploring our grading options or if you wish to assess a wider range of sizes. Your satisfaction and requirements are our priority, and we are here to accommodate your sampling needs.

Ready Designs: 1-3 Weeks
Custom Design: 2-6 Weeks
For Custom Design process, we begin by creating a 'fit sample' in either white or black to ensure the right fit. While most samples receive approval on the first try, we understand that revisions may be necessary. If adjustments are needed, we offer a revision service for $35 per round. In addition to the fit sample, we produce a second version known as the 'keeping sample,' which is included in our sample fees. This means you won't need to return any samples for revisions or bulk production approval, streamlining the process and saving us all valuable time, effort, and shipping costs.
READY DESIGNS/CUSTOM DESIGNS/MIX
Starting a business in the fashion industry can be daunting, especially for those with little experience. For first-time entrepreneurs, we recommend leaning towards Ready- Designs, whether partially or fully. This approach allows for significant customization while freeing up valuable time, budget, and energy to focus on building, marketing, and developing your brand. If you’re operating on a slim start-up budget, consider utilizing our products, which features no development costs and offers free shipping—leading to considerable savings. Additionally, our shop has a low minimum order quantity of just 100 for bulk orders, making it accessible to new designers. However, if you're passionate about unique designs you envision, don’t hesitate to pursue them. LABEL,ACCECORIES & PACKAGING
During the sample development phase, it is essential to finalize all your labeling requirements, including heat press or cut-away labels, hang tags, hygiene liners, and gift bags. Tackling these needs alongside your product development can save significant time later in the process. For those interested in custom brand labels and packaging, further information is available. Additionally, if you wish to include accessories with your product, such as additional rings and sliders for adjustable straps or hooks for removable straps, it is crucial to specify these during the sample development. These accessories can also be custom branded, but prompt processing is necessary. Remember, any undeveloped labels and accessories can significantly delay the start of your bulk order, so it’s vital to address them during the sample phase

What fabric do you want on the inside? If the outside fabric is textured but the inside should be flat: For example, the outside is ECO-Rib and the inside is Carvico VITA/LycraMatte; If the outside is printed then the inside is usually Carvico VITA/LycraMatte, you are welcome to change the fabric combination depending on what fabric you use for the rest of the collection.

We prepare custom design sample directions, it is important to follow the instructions outlined at the top of the specification. For each design you wish to develop, be sure to copy one complete specification. Minimum requirements for your sample include reference images showing the front, side, and back of the design. This section will help ensure that your design aligns with your vision and meets the standards expected.
How To Bulk Order Production & MOQ
Once you have successfully moved past the sample stage and have approved the shape, fit, construction, stitching method, and all other details, you can begin planning your bulk order. We provide two options for ordering in bulk: you can choose from our ready-made designs or opt for a custom design tailored to your specifications. For patterned outer fabrics, it’s common to also use Carvico Vita or Lycramatte on the inner, to ensure a cohesive look and feel. The right choice can elevate your garment, making it both stylish and functional.
Column 7: Inside Color/Print

Column 9: Size
When ordering, you have the flexibility to specify how many pieces of each size you would like to request from our wide range of styles. Our standard size range is XXS to XL, but feel free to customize it to your specific needs. It is important to indicate whether you are using our size chart or your own size chart when ordering, if your size spectrum is XS to L, a balanced order might include 3 XS, 5 S, 5 M, and 3 L. However, keep in mind that your final selection should reflect the preferences of your target market and the fit you are trying to achieve with your design.

This service begins with the creation of a digital mock-up, which we send to you for approval of proportions and sizes. Understanding the scale of your artwork or pattern is crucial, as this affects the final look of the printed fabric. We ensure that every detail is aligned with your vision. Trust us to deliver the perfect balance of precision and creativity in every print.
Scala
The scale of your print plays a significant role in determining the overall impact of your artwork. For example, when considering pattern A, the height of each pattern A can significantly impact the aesthetic and visual appeal of the piece. A pattern with each pattern A being 3cm high will create a very different impression compared to a pattern B that is 15cm high. A smaller pattern A can create a delicate and intricate design, ideal for subtlety, while a larger pattern B will command attention, offering a bold and dynamic presence. As such, the choice of scale not only impacts the details of the design but also how the viewer perceives and engages with the final product. Careful consideration of this aspect can change the impact of your artwork, so it is important to align the scale with your creative vision.
High-Res
To create stunning fabric prints, it’s important that your digital print files—both patterns and artwork—maintain a high resolution, ideally at 300dpi or higher. You can use a variety of file formats, including vector, JPG, PNG, or TIFF files, as long as they meet the high-resolution requirements.
Seamless
Creating seamless artwork is essential to achieving the perfect repeating pattern, which allows the print to flow effortlessly without interruption. To find the perfect seamless design on a platform like Shutterstock, simply add the term ‘seamless’ to your search, such as ‘flower seamless’, which usually produces ready-to-use results. If the pattern doesn’t repeat as expected, you can experiment with mirroring the image in four different orientations to achieve the desired effect. Be careful, however, as mirroring can introduce unwanted regularity into the pattern. It’s important to review the mirrored file along with the print sample to ensure that the final result meets your expectations.
Placement Print
For swimwear that requires a unique print or precise placement, developing a custom print pattern that is tailored to the body is essential. This meticulous process ensures that each design is perfectly aligned with the garment, enhancing its overall appeal and uniqueness. However, the development costs are quite high, at $25 per print, style, and size, along with an additional 10% increase in production costs. Given these factors, we recommend choosing this approach only for exclusive pieces that are worth the investment. This strategy allows for truly standout swimwear designs that reflect an individual’s style while justifying the higher cost involved.
Payment
All prices on our platform are quoted in USD. For any order, whether it's a sample or bulk purchase, a minimum deposit of 50% is required. In some cases, other goods or services may necessitate a full 100% deposit. The work phase for your order will commence only after the initial deposit is received in our designated bank or PayPal account. The remaining balance, along with any shipping costs for samples or bulk orders, must be settled in full prior to shipment. Balipure retains the right to liquidate orders associated with outstanding balances that remain unpaid for 20 days. Additionally, any requests for split delivery of bulk orders will only be processed once the balance payment is received. Comprehensive documentation will be provided as required.
